several weeks ago yelp announced a local photo contest to capture the sights around the annual dc cherry blossom festival. i entered a photo (the one above) and was one of the winners which means my image is framed and on display at the local tangysweet on p st in dupont circle. if you’re in the area, please go in and check it out along with all the other great winning photos.
their contest got me thinking about some projects of my own, so look back here soon for an announcement. i promise it will be fun and interactive! just so you don’t miss it, make sure to sign up for my updates by email. and in the meantime, here are some pics i snapped of someone’s front lawn near dupont circle yesterday. all those april showers really did make for some vibrant may flowers.
