last week i actually spent 3 and a half days without leaving the nest. i think that’s a record for me. i was sick. it was raining… anyway, once all that passed, i finally decided i needed to get fresh air. the rain stopped, the overcast sky provided a beautiful light source so camera in hand, i walked towards the pretty trees down the street and around the library. joy.
today i’m thankfulfor a chance to experience the leaves before they all fall to the ground and for restored health.

Love your pics. I’ve been snapping neighborhood leaves with my iPhone. But it’s not the same!
Thank you, Debbie! It’s still fun to snap them even with an iphone. It’s kind of a way of honoring the season.
