last weekend i went to savannah for a conference called geekend savannah. big thanks to jake, miriam, sloane and others for organizing the event and inviting shiny heart ventures to speak. we had a great time and met some really cool & talented people – we even got a late night tour in an open-air electric car (a major highlight of the trip!). unfortunately, i took far fewer photos than i normally would, but we were pretty busy. fingers crossed we get invited again next year so we can return to savannah and catch up with new and old friends.

i’ve been to savannah and taken one of those ghost carriage tours and it was awesome! savannah has so much history and spectacular homes.
we also had a ball renting electric cars in nearby tybee beach and visiting paula deen’s restaurant. we were definitely on “tourist mode” lol
