can you believe we’ve had 8 tech cocktail events in dc since 2007? once again, the crowd and the demos did not disappoint. i was really happy to see dc web woman tiffany bell showing off twellwishes, as well as jared goralnick with the latest version of awayfind. the guys from amplify (formerly clipmarks) were also on hand as well as the very cool see joe rock, my local text, rowdy orbit and where mark. i encourage you to check them all out – you can read short write-ups about each product here.
dc’s pillsbury law sponsored the entire event and brought along some of the startups from their own incubator program - euraeka, fela, fitfeud, counterpoint and cyncz. the end of the evening came too fast, but of course there will be another tech cocktail this coming june.
