despite the shear madness of CES, it was pretty easy to bump into friends and colleagues around every corner – or meet new people. particularly when brands decided to get social creating clever meetup areas and events such as the nbc universal blogger lounge (who sponsored my own CES pass – thank you!), the intel upload lounge and the kodak cupcake tweetup. all of their efforts were broadcast across twitter and made even more fun with tips and badges on mobile games like foursquare. but the socially connected CES is only as good as your mobile device… or rather, your mobile carrier. let’s just say that some blackberry and droid owners had a good laugh at us iphone owners throughout the week.
enjoy some pics from the social set as well as a few other interesting faces from around the floor.
